Good location, easy to find.
The straff was not very helpfull. The bathroom was one of the dirtyest we have ever seen. It tok 2 beers before we dared to go to the toilet. The bed was so hardt we could just as well have slept on the floor, if it would have been clean. We stayed 2 nights and moved to a nicer place.

Brief review - Clean hotel from common area right the way through to the rooms, linen and bathrooms. - Towels and some toiletries provided - Friendy staff, although their English isn't great (but they seemed genuine about trying to improve it) - Location is good, 5 mins walk to beach - Cheap for the price! and includes decent wifi in room and computer downstairs. Detailed Review My girlfriend and I originally booked for 1 night, but extended a further 2 nights once we'd seen the room and hotel. Theres a few mixed reviews about this hotel and it appears to be dependant on your room. They have balcany rooms (which we had) which are v.big, and amazing value for money. Some of the small rooms I guess aren't that good...so pay the extra! We paid $12 per night for the room. The rest of the hotel was suitably clean, nice common area (although it lacked a bit in atmosphere) and posh staircases. There is no lift, which is very common in Vietnam unless you pay $$$. Always friendly and helpful when we wanted to book day trip to the mudbath spa. They don't try overcharge, instead they offered good advice about which package was the best (the cheapest btw, which the resort didn't openly advertised hehe) For those reasons, we'd rate this 4/5. Not amazing, but good, with room for some improvement.
Lack of atmosphere in the common area. Proactivenesss of staff - friendly and helpful when you ask, but maybe becasue they lack good English they tend not to approach you first.

Nice location - in the middle of tourist area, shops and restaurants around, 200m to the beach but in quiet place - back in the yard, not facing directly the main street. Nice family owners, reasonably cheap place.
My room was small and somewhat smelly, with access through owners' kitchen! They said they have better rooms, but I got small one because I was changing dates of reservation in the last moment (true, I did). No refrigerator. My room key was kind of universal, I accidentally opened with it room of my neighbours.

it's super clean. You would have to take off your footwear once you enter the premises which was not a bother as the entire place is very tidy. The owners were very kind to let us use their bathroom as our room was not yet available since we arrived early at around 6:30am. They helped us book a city tour and helped us purchase our train tickets to saigon. The staff are very dependable.

Excellent location one block from the beach and in the heart if ally's restaurant and bars. Down a small inlet so quiet. Amazing friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Very accommodating when I wanted to stay on longer. Brilliant stay.
Nothing I didn't like here, wish I could have stayed longer.

Friendly staff, nice room
Mattress extremely hard and room very light in the early morning as glass panelled door and also a section of the wall with no curtain to block the light out.

Big window in the room.
I booked a room on the 1st floor. This was confirmed by the hotel, but when I checked in they gave me a room on 3rd floor (53 steps up!). There was a medical reason for requesting low floor, but the owner just said they gave my room away to an Australian guest and I had to go to the 3rd floor. During my first 2 days of stay (I booked 3 nights) I only came downstair one each day as the stairs were too strenuous for me. There was no phone in the room to call the reception so every time I needed something I had to shout down - not convenient! My room was not cleaned or towels changed for two days and then it only happened when I asked them to do it. The excuse: they wouldn't clean the room because I was in it! The owner had a habbit of poking me and dragging me by the arm every time she tried to explain something. I was reluctant to ask any questions. After 2 days I said that I could not keep climbing the stairs to my room and needed to check into a hotel with either a lift or a room on the lower floor. The owner and her husband became very angry and said that I would have to pay for the third night as I was checking out at 11:45. According to confirmation from Booked.net, check-out time was 12:00, but the owner claimed that it was 11:00. Then she said that I should pay for half a day, but after I refused, her husband came after me and started shouting that I should leave immeditely, not even letting me check that I had all of my things with me. It was quite a scary experience.
